Join us in volunteering to improve the lives of others
BWMAD is to empower and equip Black women with the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to lead and make a difference in their organizations and communities. We believe that Black women have a unique perspective and valuable contributions to make, and we strive to create a space where their voices are heard, and their talents can be developed. Through mentorship, leadership development programs, and community engagement initiatives, we aim to build a pipeline of strong, capable Black women who can serve as role models and pave the way for future generations. We envision a world where Black women are surviving, thriving, leading confidently, and positively impacting all areas of society.
Our core values include integrity, compassion, and inclusivity. We believe that everyone has a role to play in creating a better world.
